Dr. Nezakati Presents at 2025 We Are RiverHawks Conference
On June 4, 2025, Dr. Hossein Nezakati, Associate Professor of Marketing, presented at the We Are RiverHawks Conference held on the Tahlequah campus. His session, titled “Advising, Researching, Teaching (ART): A Golden Triangle Framework for Agile and Enjoyable Learning,” offered a practical and thoughtful look at how faculty can effectively balance their academic responsibilities in a way that supports both professional fulfillment and student success.
Drawing from his experience in higher education, Dr. Nezakati introduced the ART framework as a model for creating harmony between advising, research, and teaching. His presentation encouraged faculty to reflect on how these roles can work together—rather than in competition—to create a more sustainable and enjoyable academic career.
Held in the University Center Ballroom, the one-day conference welcomed faculty and staff from across campus for a day of collaboration, development, and shared learning. Dr. Nezakati’s session was well-received and sparked meaningful discussion among attendees, especially those looking for new ways to align their work with personal and institutional goals.
The College of Business and Technology is proud to recognize Dr. Nezakati’s contribution and congratulates him on a successful presentation.
