Dr. Weinkauf Shares Insights on Transformational Leadership at ONE Gas

Dr. Megan Weinkauf, faculty member in Northeastern State University’s College of Business & Technology, was invited to speak at ONE Gas to the organization’s Lead Employee Resource Group. Her presentation, “The Mindset of a Transformational Leader,” focused on cultivating leadership approaches that inspire innovation, trust, and positive organizational change.
