VITA Tax Preparation

NSUBA partners with Goodwill Industries of Tulsa, VITA, to offer free tax preparation services
 
Assistant Professor Doris Feltham standing with VITA studentNortheastern State University Broken Arrow has partnered with Goodwill Industries of Tulsa and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program to offer free tax preparation services to NSU and surrounding communities. The tax preparation services begin on February 5 and conclude on April 9, except when closed during Spring Break, March 17-21. For those individuals who qualify as having moderate-to-low income ($67,000 and below), certified and trained volunteers will be available by appointment to prepare basic tax returns on both the state and federal levels. The VITA Lab at NSU-BA is open on Wednesdays from 5:30 to 8:30 pm on the first floor of the NSU-BA Administration building. Appointments can be made online at https://www.goodwilltulsa.org/gwt/Free_Income_Tax_Preparation.asp. All participants must make an appointment.
