Overview

The Department of Management and Marketing offers a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality and Tourism Management (HTM). This major provides you with knowledge necessary for success in enterprises related to the meetings, travel, tourism, gaming, and hospitality industries. The HTM program at Northeastern State University was one of the first to be approved by the Professional Convention Management Association.

The program consists of three distinct but interrelated components:

  • Meeting and convention management
  • Tourist destination development
  • Gaming operations and procedures

All HTM classes are offered online on a two-year cycle.
